Homes for rent have raised forcing more people to streets, law inforcement depts. Are taking people cars because people can,t pay resisteration, force them to side walk ,the city,s and some county,s had change laws so they can move homeless people that was using public land, there are people droping needles making it look like homeless people are doing it, so they can move them with public support.Not All homeless person,s are on Drugs, Many just can,t pay high Rent.

When you first walk into a inste home, you see A closet and windows seat, there I a dinning area , that doubles as bedroom with bed,storage,T V , Heat and Air ,full bathroom ,& kitchen , full refrig ,.
Then you go outside to bask of homes where washer & dryer is located , then you have locked storage , room for Garden.
Total count of sheltered and unsheltered persons in California,s CoCs was 181399 persons in 2023. Which represents ,an increase
Our Rent-to-Own Program allows individuals on our list to journey toward homeownership at per month. Remarkably, some individuals, particularly those over 60 years old, are on our list despite facing financial constraints. Acknowledging their circumstances, those in our program who cannot make payments are still part of our community.
As we enter a new chapter, our list for December 1, 2023, and May 1, 2024, is now open. We continue to offer different rental price options, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.
