To help the homeless to be in a home with dignity, this is not a hand out, this is a hand up. By paying the down payment for a person to get them started they can pay there  own way from there. I have walked & signed people up  for list , under freeways ,  side  walks,  fields , on side  of rivers banks ,  bus stops and in front of bussineses  and as bad as thing are for them 95% perfered to own ,   only 5% wanted the can,t pay option and even those people said that once they got on there feet they prefer to own.
